Compact Step Feeder

The compact step feeder integrates the storage bin, stepped lifting mechanism, and linear discharge track into a small machine base, making it suitable for lifting, layering, and continuous output of bulk parts at space-constrained automated workstations. The illustrated configuration adopts an open silo and single-channel discharge structure, making it easy to observe material status and perform material replacement.

When the equipment is operating, the pusher mechanism lifts parts step by step with reciprocating movements, smoothly lifting them from the bottom of the silo to the discharge height; Parts that do not fit the posture automatically drop, and correctly arranged parts enter the straight track and are conveyed to the next station. Operating cycle, push plate stroke, and track structure must be determined based on actual part samples and production line requirements.

This solution is suitable for nuts, sleeves, short shafts, plastic parts, and other small to medium-sized components with stable support surfaces, and can be connected to assembly machines, inspection equipment, packaging machines, or robotic material picking stations. For parts prone to scratches or sensitive surfaces, engineering plastic contact surfaces, soft liners, or speed reduction control can be selected.

The equipment supports material shortage and full material detection, start-stop interlock, speed adjustment, and abnormal shutdown interfaces. Before formal selection, provide part dimensions, materials, individual weight, target beat, discharge posture, and available installation space. Final capability is subject to sample testing and technical solutions confirmed by both parties.
