Enclosed Elevator Step Feeder

The enclosed push-plate lifting and feeding machine uses a vertical cabinet that integrates the large-capacity silo, stepped pushing mechanism, and high-level discharge section within the protective structure, which reduces space usage while lifting bulk parts to higher docking positions. External protective plates help isolate moving parts and improve safety and cleanliness in the workshop.

The equipment lifts parts layer by layer through cyclic push plates. Under gravity and guiding structures, parts complete initial dispersion, then enter the top conveyor track or connect with subsequent alignment devices. The push plate angle, step dimensions, and discharge structure are customized according to the part shape to reduce overlap, jamming, and uncontrolled dropout.

This model is suitable for providing high-level feed-in for vibratory bowl feeder, linear feeders, inspection machines, and assembly lines, and can also directly handle parts conveying tasks with relatively simple posture requirements. Optional material level detection, transparent maintenance window, casters or leveling feet, audible and visual alarms, and interlock control with the main unit.

Actual storage capacity, lifting height, speed, and noise level should be determined based on the parts and site conditions. During maintenance, regularly clean the gap between the silo and push plate, check fasteners, sensors, and drive mechanisms, and cut off equipment power before opening the protective structure.
