Floor-Standing Step Feeder

The floor-standing step feeder combines a large-capacity low-level silo, wide stepped pusher, and top discharge section into an integrated frame, reducing frequent manual replenishment and providing a continuous flow of parts for subsequent conveying or assembly stations. The open feeding port facilitates feeding, and the protective plate covers the main driving and movement areas.

Bulk parts are lifted in batches in the silo by reciprocating push plates, achieving dispersion and lifting through multi-step steps; Parts that do not reach the discharge posture automatically fall back, and qualified parts enter the top track. Compared to continuous high-frequency vibration methods, this structure is suitable for parts that are larger, heavier, or require less collision.

The equipment can be used for metal springs, annular parts, plastic assemblies, and other parts with recognizable support surfaces, and can also serve as vibratory bowl feeder, flexible feeding systems, or front-end silos for automatic assembly machines. Equipped with material level detection, full-load shutdown, material shortage replenishment, soundproof cover, and safety door interlock.

Whether single-piece directional output can be achieved depends on the geometric characteristics and track design of the part, and cannot be determined solely by the appearance of the equipment. The official solution must be tested through sample parts to confirm improved stability, return path, discharge posture, takt time, and electrical interfaces.
