Mobile Enclosed Step Feeder

The mobile enclosed pusher and feeder uses a cabinet structure with casters, encapsulating storage, lifting, sorting, and discharge mechanisms within an independent machine, suitable for production environments requiring flexible line switching or coordination between multiple workstations. The enclosed enclosure reduces external dust entry and prevents operators from directly touching the internal moving parts.

After bulk parts are placed into the silo from the top or inspection opening, they are gradually lifted by the internal push mechanism to the discharge end. Discharge height, direction, and interfaces can be customized according to the on-site layout, and can be connected to straight tracks, conveyor belts, vibratory bowl feeder, or main machine buffer sections. Casters are used for short-distance shifting; before the equipment is put into operation, it should be locked and leveled.

This solution is suitable for small and medium-sized metal parts, plastic parts, and assembly accessories, and can be used for multiple varieties, small batches, or frequently adjusted production lines. Supports material level detection, access control interlocks, transparent observation windows, soundproofing materials, quick electrical plug-in and formula parameter management.

Equipment dimensions, storage capacity, and feed cycle times do not use fixed commitment values; design confirmation should be completed based on part samples, line change frequency, downstream cycle times, and ergonomic requirements. During cleaning and maintenance, follow the locking and tag procedures, and check the status of the casters, door locks, and safety switches.
