Stainless-Steel Fastener Step Feeder

The stainless steel fastener step feeder uses a compact silo, stepped lifting mechanism, and linear discharge track. The illustration is configured to automatically lift nuts, washers, and similar small metal parts for continuous feeding. Compared to traditional vibratory bowl feeder, the stepped lifting process experiences less cyclic vibration, making it an alternative solution for scenarios sensitive to noise and workpiece collisions.

Parts are lifted step by step from the silo by the push plate, forming a relatively uniform single-layer material under the action of the blocking and retracting structures, and then enter the customized linear track. The track end can be configured with position detection, material separation stop, or direct connection to assembly equipment, enabling material shortage start, full material pause, and tap interlock.

Areas in contact with materials can be selected from stainless steel or engineering plastics according to cleanliness, rust prevention, and wear resistance requirements, and clearance and guidance can be adjusted for oily parts, burr parts, or surface-treated parts. The equipment is suitable for fastener assembly, dimensional inspection, counting packaging, and automatic fastening front-end feeding.

The specific scope of application and capacity depend on the part's shape, thickness differences, surface condition, and target posture. Before project confirmation, sample testing is required to determine the push plate size, track width, drive frequency, inspection method, and communication interface with downstream equipment.
